Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements during overnight shifts
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in 24/7 or shift-based environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
