Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data requirements during overnight shifts
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across global time zones
- Validate system solutions through UAT and QA processes
- Generate actionable insights from operational data dashboards
- Document and communicate process improvements to day-shift teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and process modeling
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred (CSM, PSM)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication with global stakeholders
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
