Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities during overnight operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and create detailed specifications
- Develop and maintain data models to support strategic decision-making for night shift workflows
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and operational efficiency
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) for our overnight development team
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate documentation of business rules, workflows, and system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirements gathering techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience documenting business processes and creating user stories/acceptance criteria
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
