Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and user requirements to define system specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage JIRA tickets and maintain project documentation in Confluence
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or remote roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SME notations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
