- Analyze business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting on key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present findings
- Support system testing and validation during night shift hours
- Document business rules and data models for system implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-driven environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
