- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and system specifications
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Support system implementations and change management initiatives
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership review
- Facilitate requirements workshops during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in 24/7 operations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
