Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure quality
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through compelling visualizations
- Support night shift operations by providing real-time analysis during critical business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
