Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and business processes to identify optimization opportunities during night shift hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Create comprehensive dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions across global time zones
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for system enhancements
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Maintain and update project documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or remote work exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies strongly preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial services or e-commerce industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for global stakeholder interactions
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in building complex financial models
