Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends and opportunities during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations during nighttime hours
- Support system testing and validation cycles aligned with global release schedules
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and API integrations
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
