Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight operations
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network security
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during low-traffic windows
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global IT teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Implement disaster recovery procedures and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Strong documentation skills and experience with ITSM systems
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision during overnight hours
