Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure during night shift operations
- Respond to critical system alerts with immediate resolution protocols
- Perform proactive system patching and security vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams during off-hours for system migrations and upgrades
- Document incident reports and create detailed technical documentation
- Implement disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
- Manage vendor relationships for after-hours technical support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours

- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
