Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles during night shift hours, from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones to maintain 24-hour project momentum
- Implement Agile methodologies and PMI best practices in a dynamic tech environment
- Manage resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Generate real-time dashboards and progress reports for executive leadership
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with 2+ years in night shift or rotational roles
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven experience leading complex IT/software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or enterprise PM tools
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills for global team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, high-stakes environments
