Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 professionals across IT and business units
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor KPIs and adjust resource allocation to maintain project momentum
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Implement continuous improvement processes for future projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with IT implementation projects
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering projects on budget and ahead of schedule
- Expert proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Experience with daily payment processing systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
