Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development projects
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery

- Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting to stakeholders
- Facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution across project phases

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software industry
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex IT projects on time/budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
