Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services
- Execute scheduled system maintenance, patching, and updates
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal disruption
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
