Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise and mentor the night shift team, ensuring high productivity and adherence to corporate procedures.
- Process Management: Oversee critical business processes, including data entry, logistics coordination, and quality assurance checks during off-hours.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze nightly operational reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and present findings to the Day Shift management team.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce company safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between night and day shifts to ensure seamless workflow transitions and information continuity.
- Crisis Management: Handle emergency situations and resolve operational discrepancies effectively with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a supervisory role, with at least 1 year specifically in a night shift environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or database management systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting clear reports and communicating effectively with upper management.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
