Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and monitoring for night shift operations
- Coordinate with global teams across time zones to deliver on-time milestones
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks for enterprise-level implementations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira/Asana project artifacts
- Present project status to C-suite executives and department heads
- Implement process improvements using Six Sigma and PMI methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Active PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Expertise in Cloud migration and DevOps pipeline projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk mitigation frameworks
