Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using BPMN and flowcharting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical documentation
- Support UAT testing and provide post-implementation analysis
- Generate data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive dashboards
- Facilitate JIRA sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Conduct market research to inform strategic product recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and requirement-gathering tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
- Portfolio showcasing BA deliverables required
