Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist in the execution of testing and validation of new software or process implementations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
