Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements using diagrams and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and translate business needs
- Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
- Facilitate workshops to align teams on project objectives
- Validate solutions against business requirements through testing
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
