Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements through stakeholder interviews
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Excel to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes for development teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Develop KPI dashboards in Tableau to track business performance metrics
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with fintech or SaaS exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge with JIRA proficiency
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating BA artifacts (BRDs, user stories, process maps)
