Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and document processes
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate business solutions
- Develop process flows and documentation for system improvements
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and process documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for client site visits
