- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business terms
- Support QA testing cycles and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in Jira and Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with requirement gathering and UML diagrams
