Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for enterprise clients
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations
- Present findings and solutions to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in consulting/tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to present to C-level stakeholders
- Eligibility to work in the US with daily payment processing setup
