Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs with prioritized features
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track project success
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or SaaS
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) preferred
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques and UML modeling
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
