Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with daily pay contracts
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience in process modeling and requirements documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
