- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
