- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Track project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Document project requirements, processes, and post-mortems
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Maintain project documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools
