Responsibilities
- Support project lifecycle execution from initiation through closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with development teams
- Track project milestones using Jira and Microsoft Project tools
- Coordinate cross-functional resources across engineering, design, and business teams
- Generate status reports for stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Manage project documentation including requirements, timelines, and risk registers
- Collaborate with senior PMs to refine project scope and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
- PMI CAPM certification or willingness to pursue
