Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Document business processes and maintain up-to-date requirement artifacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven track record
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA
