Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user storiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Create and maintain process flows, workflows, and data models
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirement workshops
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Support implementation and testing of new systems/processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
