Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with financial or healthcare systems
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile frameworks
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
