Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business needs
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in contract/temporary roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Daily pay contract experience in Baltimore metro area preferred
