Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Document requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Develop data models and SQL queries for reporting needs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and JAD sessions
- Create dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for executive presentations
- Validate solutions through UAT and regression testing
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables (process maps, BRDs, etc.)
