Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules and calendars for executive management.
- Prepare and organize corporate correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Assist in the coordination of corporate events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update office databases and filing systems with precision.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reports and invoice processing.
- Support the finance and HR departments with data entry and document preparation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a corporate office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Wichita location.
