Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with precision
- Manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and process improvements
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities and recommend solutions
- Oversee vendor relationships and service agreements for corporate facilities
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for operational initiatives
- Facilitate internal communications through newsletters and stakeholder updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years corporate operations or project coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
