Responsibilities
- Lead project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Jira and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and bi-weekly sprint reviews
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all levels
- Develop detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
- Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience (PMP/Certified Scrum Master preferred)
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Confluence
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
