- Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles from inception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing) using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation within part-time constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting ceremonies
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes
- Leverage Jira/Asana for task tracking and milestone management
- Document project artifacts and post-mortem analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years project management experience (part-time/flexible roles welcome)
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Demonstrated success in budget management and risk assessment
