Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate 5-8 cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing)
- Manage project budgets ($100K-$500K) and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Track KPIs using Jira/Asana and deliver executive dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across 3+ time zones
- Mentor junior PMs and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management (PMP/PRINCE2 certified preferred)
- Proven experience in SaaS or digital product delivery
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Trello, and Power BI
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
- Philadelphia-based with reliable transportation to Center City
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex project successes
