Responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies for 3-5 concurrent projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs using Jira/Asana and deliver executive dashboards
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Identify/mitigate risks and implement contingency plans
- Ensure on-time delivery within allocated budget constraints
Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience with tech projects
- PMP or CPM certification preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools
- Strong budget management and resource optimization skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Proven track record in deadline-driven environments
- Experience with remote team coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or equivalent experience
