- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project KPIs and mitigate risks through proactive issue resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder communication via regular status updates and retrospectives
- Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in technology or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote team coordination and distributed workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
