Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting sessions
- Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement process improvements
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with track record of delivering complex projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools
- Austin residency or willingness to work Central Time hours
