Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze data trends and create visualizations using Excel/Tableau
- Develop process flow diagrams and business documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise reports
- Support QA testing and user acceptance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
