Responsibilities
- Document business requirements through user stories and process flows
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems
- Develop KPI tracking frameworks for performance measurement
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
