Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end design and deployment of advanced AI architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical roadmaps with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including next-gen LLMs and decentralized AI frameworks.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure all AI solutions adhere to the highest standards of security, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for extreme scalability, low latency, and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model (LLM) orchestration.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying highly scalable, cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ for backend system development.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
