Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, future-proof AI frameworks targeting our 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to bring cutting-edge concepts into production.
- Conduct advanced R&D in emerging fields such as generative AI, spatial computing, and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art third-party technologies and platforms.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and excellence.
- Ensure all 2026 initiatives meet rigorous standards for security, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, future-focused technical projects from conception to launch.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
