Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate resources across engineering, design, and product teams
- Track project budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis
- Lead project retrospectives and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or equivalent project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with daily/weekly reporting and metrics tracking
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite
