Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and clients regularly.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize team performance and minimize waste.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in a related industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
