Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure timely deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risks with precision
- Stakeholder communication through status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project delivery
- Mentor junior project managers and facilitate team development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, PMI) and client requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS/technology implementations
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with hybrid/remote team management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
