Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct project retrospectives to improve processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
